they were really good too make me feel at home and took care of all my needs. They maintained strict hygiene protocols, left my requests outside my door, and constantly followed up to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a beautiful view. They didn't rush me to check out and didn't ask for payment during this uncertain time. The kindness and care shown by every employee at this hotel deserve the highest praise. I will remember this hotel forever and highly recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at this venue! The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street yet still convenient to all the sights. The service was exceptional, offering 24-hour room service, laundry and dry cleaning services, and an attentive housekeeping staff. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly, from the welcoming receptionist to the accommodating bar staff. The availability of a fitness centre and leisure room provided a nice break from all the sightseeing.
Families will appreciate the excellent service and amenities at this hotel.

I would have preferred if water was included in the room rate, like in other hotels.

The rooms were modern, clean, and soundproof. The beds were firm and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The buffet breakfast was of high quality and offered a varied spread. The location was within walking distance of major attractions and had easy access to the subway. The hotel offered a convenient and reasonably priced airport transfer.
