During my stay at Room Mate Filippo, I had a unique and unexpected experience. However, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home and took care of all my needs. They maintained strict hygiene protocols, left my requests outside my door, and constantly followed up to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a beautiful view. They didn't rush me to check out and didn't ask for payment during this uncertain time. The kindness and care shown by every employee at this hotel deserve the highest praise. I will remember this hotel forever and highly recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at this venue! The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street yet still convenient to all the sights. The service was exceptional, offering 24-hour room service, laundry and dry cleaning services, and an attentive housekeeping staff. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly, from the welcoming receptionist to the accommodating bar staff. The availability of a fitness centre and leisure room provided a nice break from all the sightseeing.

Families will appreciate the excellent service and amenities at this hotel.

Located on a quiet street, this boutique hotel in the center of the city offers a convenient base for exploring many sights. The rooms are well-appointed, with amenities such as a brilliant shower, eco-friendly toiletries, and a good hairdryer. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the hotel has nice common areas and a patio for relaxation. It offers a comfortable stay in a central and peaceful location.

I would have preferred if water was included in the room rate, like in other hotels.

The rooms were modern, clean, and soundproof. the beds were firm and the bedding was very comfortable. the staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. the buffet breakfast was of high quality and offered a varied spread. the location was within walking distance of major attractions and had easy access to the subway. the hotel offered a convenient and reasonably priced airport transfer.

There were not many good eateries in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. the location required a 10-15 minute walk to reach restaurants in the main shopping and tourist area for dinner.

The location was perfect, as it was close to all the main attractions in the center of the city. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
